Primer silicate base to reduce absorbency 1 liter

Silicate primer is a primer - a water glass mixture - for absorbent surfaces to reduce suction behavior... for indoor and outdoor use.

Ideal for pre-treating calcium silicate fireplace panels and for solidifying sandy, mineral plaster as well as oven plaster or concrete elements.

Consumption: approx. 0.2 l/m² for a single coat (varies depending on the surface, double coat may be necessary)

Preparation: The surface must be firm, clean, air-dry and stable. Remove crumbly plaster and paint parts, brush off sandy plaster and mineral paints well.

Application: dilute 1:1 with water

Processing temperature: between 5 °C and 25 °C air and substrate temperature (no direct sunlight)

Setting: physical and chemical

Maximum application temperature: 140°C

Drying time: depending on the weather, at least 24 hours before another coat or coating, full effect only after approx. 3 days

Container: 1 liter canister

Important information: Clean tools well with water immediately after use. Protect skin and eyes when processing! Cover everything made of stone, glass, metal, especially window panes and stone slabs well. Remove unavoidable splashes and stains immediately with plenty of water before they dry out.
