Wie verstelle ich den Blinddeckel?

Durch das Drehen der Schraube in der Mitte des Blinddeckels kann dieser in der Schornsteinöffnung oder im Wandfutter fest fixiert werden. Beachtet Sie, dass er nur bei ungenutzten Schornsteinen eingebaut werden darf.

Wann darf der Blinddeckel nicht eingebaut werden?

Der Blindecker darf nur bei derzeit ungenutzten Schornsteinen in das Wandfutter oder in die Schornsteinöffnung eingebaut werden.

Professionally closing your chimney opening with the hot-dip galvanized smoke pipe cover. You are welcome to paint over or wallpaper over the blind cap. This allows you to visually match it with your living ambience and it is hardly noticeable.

This blind cover is provided with an asbestos-free mineral fiber insert. Due to its adjustability, it is suitable for all wall linings or stove pipes with a diameter of 100 to 160 and 160 to 200 mm.

Outer diameter of the blind cover for 100-160 stove pipe is 170 mm = 17 cm

Outer diameter of the blind cover for 160-200 stove pipe is 235 mm = 23.5 cm

Please note that these blind covers may not be used to close openings in used chimneys (fire protection class F90 is missing). These blind caps may be used to close openings in disused chimneys.
