The protective lip repels dust and dirt because the small gap between the glass plate and the floor is sealed. The joint is cleanly connected and even slight unevenness in the floor is evened out. The dust and dirt do not get under the plate.
The lip seal is suitable for all spark protection base plates and can be retrofitted at any time. It is self-adhesive on one side, which makes it easier to attach.
Its transparency ensures that it is hardly noticeable.
