Self-adhesive sealing cord oven flat 08x4mm

Fireproof flat gasket, sealing cord 8 × 4 mm for your stove or fireplace. Ideal as a seal between the door frame and the stove window on fireplace stoves, fireplace inserts or heating inserts. Of course, this can also be used to seal the oven body itself.

This gray fireproof sealing cord is based on E-glass fiber and is therefore heat-resistant and long-lasting.

Application temperature up to 550 °C

Dimensions: 8mm wide, 4mm thick

Make sure that the fireproof sealing cord is always elastic. Over time, the seal may harden. The chimney disc then sits too tightly on the stove body and can no longer expand due to the temperature differences. In the worst case, the window will burst. Here the fireproof sealing cord must be replaced in good time.

The seal is self-adhesive, so you don't need sealing cord glue.

Clean the surface of old sealing cord residue and glue in advance. Cut the oven seal to size and then press it into place. You can heat safely and carefree again straight away.
