Straight screw-in fittings 8 mm are used to connect the oil regulator to the oil line. They provide a secure connection between the oil line and the regulator on the oil furnace. The screw connection is screwed directly into the oil regulator. This side is tapered so that the screw connection can be screwed tight using Teflon tape.
